What do I need to book a holiday?
Each airline and Tour Operator is different, but as a guide we would need the following:
We will need the full passengers names (as per passport), along with title, dates of birth and a contact address & telephone number.
Deposits are available for most holidays departing outside of 12 weeks of booking. For any bookings made inside of 12 weeks full payment may be required.
Bookings that include a no-frills airline may require the airfare section to be paid in full, regardless of when it is confirmed. No-frills airlines include Ryanair, easyJet, Jet 2 and Flybe.
All deposit amounts will be confirmed by us prior to booking.
Although not always required at the point of booking, most airlines and Tour Operators require the submission of passport information prior to travel. This is often referred to as API, or Advanced Passenger Information.
If not required during the booking process, we would need to submit the information no later than 14 days prior to departure.
